It all started at IT Works.
I am doing so well 🙌🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💓. IT Works was the start of my stability (no more "odd jobs") and paved the way for greater things. I started out being a CNA (had the option of doing the GNA program as well but opted not too)... then became a Medication aide ( at the facility where I worked as a CNA...) then I started working as a medicine aide contracted by the state of md (corrections)... moved on to college, associated degree in Arts... completed my Bachelor's in Psychology and next semester I'll start my Masters in social work. It all started at IT Works. Thank you guys so much. 💓💓💓

I first started at I.t works back in 2006, I had no idea what I wanted to do in college so I was just taking classes until I met a young lady who told me about the program. It was so competitive and a lot of young ladies were interested but I succeeded in the CNA/GNA program and came back to do the Nurse Tech program. I am so thankful for I.t works because I was opened up to many different advancements in my career and i'm on my way into nursing school after a few years of procrastination. Thank you I.t works!

I Graduated July 23rd! The experience overall was great! I learned so much each class session! My Teacher was really helpful and taught us a lot ! Ms.Gilda is one of the best instructors! The whole it works staff was great! I would definitely recommend everyone to go to this school!

To all that is interested in starting a career in the health care profession. This program is the start to a lifetime of advancement. Once you complete this program it opens doors to so much more. I became a certified CNA/GNA and CPR certified through this program. It did not cost me anything and all books, uniform, and equipment was free at that time. I started preparing for this career change late in my life. I am over 60 years of age and this is one of the best choices I made. I am presently employed at one of the major hospitals in the city as a nurse technician. If you have a love for caring for and helping others, this training is for you. I think that this is a good opportunity for those that couldn't finish [high school]. To have this opportunity for a fresh start. Some young girls had to drop out of school to take care of a sick mother or the child they had young.
